The Inspection Strategist is responsible for recruiting and scheduling Independent Contractors (Field Agents) for individual inspections, which includes providing follow-up and coaching, and ensuring timeliness to clients. This position is also responsible for client communication with regards to status updates. The right candidate for this position is a resourceful self-starter who is able to meet deadlines with an outgoing personality while displaying impeccable work ethic and integrity.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience preferred.• Project Management, Recruiting and/or Customer Service experience is a plus
• Compliance and auditing experience a plus
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Intermediate use of Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
This is a full-time project based position
Compensation: $15.50/hour
