Quality Assurance Coordinators are responsible for final review of data entered by TrendSource Field Agents for adherence to client program requirements before submission while maintaining appropriate client communication. The right candidate for this position is a detail oriented team player with great computer and communication skills, is a self-motivated goal setter that works well with little supervision to meet deadlines with a high degree of integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred or relative business experience.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance highly preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess working knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and IE.
  • Accountable and transparent in communication.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness and ability to be flexible.
  • Active in pursuing personal and professional growth through self-directed or formal education.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Compensation: $15/hour
